Ronald Sokol
At the age of 85 Ron offers clients a half century of litigation and negotiating experience. Prior to creating Lexhelp, he taught law at the University of Virginia Law School. His latest book, A Young Person’s Guide to Law and Justice, co-authored with his son Daniel, was published on 28th August, 2024.
In 1973 he began his own law firm in Aix-en-Provence, now the firm of Lexhelp. Ron has practiced in the French courts at both trial and appellate level and is frequently consulted for his advice and counsel. In addition to practicing law, he regularly competes in table tennis tournaments throughout France. In 2023 and 2024 he qualified at the national level in his own age bracket.
Olivia Lischetti
Olivia started with Lexhelp in 2006. She became a full partner in 2013. She practices at both trial and appellate level throughout France. She is widely recognized for her knowledge of international law and has lectured on international family law with Professor Egéa of the University of Aix-en-Provence. She is consulted by other lawyers who seek to benefit from her knowledge and experience. She is a tough litigator, as shown by the fact that she has won her last ten cases.
Daniel Sokol
Daniel, who is based in London, is of counsel to Lexhelp. Daniel is a barrister specializing in clinical negligence. He has an international reputation in the field of medical ethics having lectured in Australia, Canada, England, India, New Zealand, and the United States. He writes a monthly column for the British Medical Journal. He is sought after as a litigator in medical malpractice and in the field of education law. In 2012 he founded Alpha Academic Appeals which represents students in disciplinary cases.
